These Terms of Service govern your use of tmtouring.com (the "Site") and any travel planning services provided by TM Touring ("we," "us," "our"). By submitting a quote request or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Our services

TM Touring provides personal travel planning services, including flights, accommodations, chauffeur service, and private charters. We act as an intermediary between you and third-party travel providers (airlines, hotels, ground transportation companies, charter operators). We do not own or operate these services directly.

Quotes and bookings

Submitting a quote request does not guarantee availability or pricing.
All bookings are subject to confirmation and availability with the relevant third-party provider.
Pricing, payment terms, and deposit requirements will be confirmed with you directly before any booking is made.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellation and change policies vary by airline, hotel, and other third-party providers and will be communicated to you at the time of booking. TM Touring is not responsible for cancellation fees, change fees, or refund policies set by third-party providers.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring you have valid identification, passports, visas, and any other travel documentation required for your trip.
You are responsible for reviewing all booking confirmations for accuracy.
You are responsible for complying with the terms and conditions of any third-party provider (airline, hotel, charter operator, etc.).

Limitation of liability

TM Touring is not liable for acts, errors, omissions, delays, cancellations, or other issues caused by third-party travel providers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, ground transportation companies, and charter operators. We are not liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, government actions, or force majeure events.

Payment

Payment terms will be confirmed with you directly before any booking is made. Payment details and methods are handled outside of this Site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
